Very few players are inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame after only 834 games in the NHL, especially with no Stanley Cups to their name.
However, that's what former NHL enforcer Paul Bissonnette believes about PK Subban, saying that the former recently retired defenseman deserves his place in the Hall. Not just for what he did on the ice but also for what he did off the ice and in the media.
Bissonnette discussed it on a recent episode of Spittin' Chiclets:
''Because of his impact off the ice and what he will continue to do for field hockey, I think there is no doubt that he will be there.''
In addition to winning the Norris Trophy and finishing as a finalist twice, Subban has always been very involved in the community, as well as becoming a prominent member of the media.
His post-playing career is already planned out for him, and it is for the combination of all of this that Paul Bissonnette believes we will see Subban's name in the Hall of Fame one day.
