The stats reveal that Patrice Bergeron is not only at the top of his game, but he's been there for quite some time.

And by quite some time, we mean over a decade!

The Bruins captain scored once and added two assists in Boston's 8-1 lopsided win over New Jersey last night. By doing so, the French Canadian picked up his 50th point in his 59th game of the campaign.

Bergeron has now reached the 50-point mark 13 times in his NHL career. In the Bruins 97-year history, only two players have as many 50-point seasons with the franchise: Hall of Famers Ray Bourque (18) and Johnny Bucyk (17).

To put Bergeron's milestone into perspective, the captain kicked off his NHL career with the Bruins at 18 years old, which is 18 years ago this season.

To have picked up 50 points in 13 of those 18 campaigns, as one of the top defensive forwards in the game, is nothing short of an unreal achievement!
