Big-name RFA tells team he's testing the free-agent market

As per NHL insider Elliotte Friedman, a big-name restricted free agent has told his team that he will be testing the free-agent market in 2024.
Winnipeg Jets forward Pierre-Luc Dubois informed his club that basically, he won't be signing with them when his contract is up after the 2023-24 season.
Winnipeg Sun journalist Scott Billeck tweeted:
'' Pierre-Luc Dubois has told the #NHLJets he plans to test the free agent waters in 2024, @FriedgeHNIC reports. Jets have team control for two more years and want to sign him long-term.''
This comes after Dubois demanded a trade out of Columbus a couple of seasons ago. It seems like he doesn't like to stay in one place for very long ...
