Tampa Bay Lightning forward Anthony Cirelli got his team on the board just 36 seconds into game four with his third of the 2022 Stanley Cup playoffs.
The forward was involved in a scary scene late in the second period as it appeared as though that he took a skate blade in the arm and was in immediate discomfort. Cirelli left but did return for the beginning of the third period.
