Former Bruins player working on bringing the Atlanta Thrashers back to the NHL

It's reported that a well-known former NHL player is in search of investors in hopes of potentially bringing the Atlanta Thrashers back to the NHL.
Former Boston Bruins forward and current NHL on TNT analyst, Anson Carter, e is rumoured to be the face behind this project. Carter played 10 seasons in the NHL and recorded 421 points in 674 games. In 211 games with the Bruins, Carter registered 70 goals and 73 assists.

According to the Twitter account, the information comes from the President of the Atlanta Gladiators, Jerry Games. The Gladiators are set to be the ECHL affiliate of the Arizona Coyotes this season. There were reports as well that Carter tried to stop the initial relocation from Atlanta to Winnipeg.
