Sucker-punch assailant appears in court
James Anastasio appeared in court with his lawyer yesterday to plead his case.
''Mr. Anastasio repeatedly tried to defuse and de-escalate the situation, one where he was immensely outnumbered and ultimately threatened by a group of highly intoxicated individuals.''

To makes things worse for himself, he appeared in court wearing the same red shirt he committed the assault in.
He has officially been charged with two counts of assault and two counts of harassment.
