The Boston Bruins sit in a pretty good position heading into the All-Star Break as they seem to have at minimum the second Wild Card spot locked up.
A nine point lead on the Detroit Red Wings with three games in hand put them in a comfy spot.
Going into the trade deadline the Bruins and general manager Don Sweeney will be looking to add some pieces.
The team's top six at forward and defensive pairings will need a little boost for a serious Stanley Cup run and one target has already been identified.
JT Miller of the Vancouver Canucks.
Unfortunately any shot at Miller according to Boston Hockey Now's JimmyMurphy, will mean giving up their top prospect.
A source told Murphy that there's no negotiation, the Bruins would absolutely have to send back prospect Fabian Lysell.
"I can tell you as a fact, the Canucks love Lysell,"
"Obviously they can watch him often and they have. He's opened a lot of eyes and the Canucks aren't the only team interested."Lysell was the B's first round pick in 2021 and has registered 13 goals and 19 assists in 26 games with the Vancouver Giants of the WHL.
Would you give him up to bring in Miller?
