The Boston Bruins are currently rolling along and are 8-0-2 in their last 10 games while sitting second in the Atlantic Division.
The team is looking forward to a huge matchup against the Tampa Bay Lightning tomorrow as it'll be a real test of where they stand.
What makes the Bruins current streak even better is that many expected the team to fall off the map when they lost David Pastrnak but it's been quite the opposite.
"We have character guys that know their role, accept their role and then you add a couple of guys (Coyle and Johansson) it allows guys to settle down and play a spot they're really comfortable with, especially up front," defenseman Torey Krug said. "They're doing great right now and hopefully it continues." Krug adds that the two recent wins against SanJose really gave the team a huge boost of confidence.
"There's big excitement," Krug said. "You see the potential we have in the group. A great team comes into our building and it's a great test and we've beaten (San Jose) twice in the last week. With our additions, we seem to do a great job. It's easy to get excited and part of it is continuing that excitement, putting your head down and continuing to work."
Let's keep it rolling boys!
