Trent Frederic has utilized a new tool this season

Like the entire Bruins lineup, Trent Frederic has been a pleasant surprise to start the 2022-23 season.
Through 30 games, the 24-year-old has collected six goals and seven assists and is on pace for 46 points, doubling his career-high of 18 points (2021-22).
One thing that has stood out in Frederic's game is how he's been utilizing a new tool, the one-timer, which has been showcased a few times this season.
Head coach Jim Montgomery touched on that:
''Slowly but surely, from the first game of the season where he didn't play, he's gotten better and better...his confidence has grown...the other thing is, I didn't know he had a one-timer, now we're seeing it all the time.''
Not only that, but the St. Louis native has also been using his usual physical play mixed in too. Case in point, this sequence from a game against the Colorado Avalanche earlier this season:
