They both had great years too. Swayman went 23-14-3 in 41 games, with a goals-against-average of 2.41, a .914 save percentage and three shutouts. While Ullmark had a record of 26-10-2 in 41 games, with a goals-against-average of 2.45, a .917 save percentage and one shutout. What stood out the most, though, was the hug that the two goaltenders trademarked for every Bruins' win.
After their seasons officially came to an end after the IIHF World Championships, Ullmark posted on his Instagram (@lullmark) thanking everyone for the support for the season, but he seemed to really focus on his new bestie Swayman. The post had the caption:
