Ullmark and Swayman unveil unique Winter Classic goalie equipment
Jeremy Swayman and Linus Ullmark are ready to rock for the 2023 Winter Classic at Fenway Park!
The Bruins netminders recently unveiled the custom equipment they will be wearing for the outdoor game against the Penguins on January 3rd, and both guys will be looking sharp.
Below is a clip of the two giving a first look at the unique details that went into their equipment, including nods to Boston, Fenway Park, the Red Sox and some Bruins legends. In the video, Swayman says it best:
''I just wanted to make sure I put everything on the mask. Obviously, represent the Bruins and Red Sox as well because, in Boston, every team means a ton to this city.''
And for reference, Ullmark did a perfect replica of former Bruins' goalie Byron Dafoe and his iconic pads.
