Updates on the injury rehab for Charlie McAvoy and Brad Marchand

The Boston Bruins and their fanbase received terrible news when it was announced that Brad Marchand and Charlie McAvoy would miss significant time to start the 2022-23 NHL season because of off-season surgeries.
Marchand had surgery on both hips, while McAvoy underwent shoulder surgery, and both are expected to return sometime in November.
However, there's some promising news to announce as the two Bruins stars were spotted skating for the first time before the team's last captains' practice early this morning.
