Happy Birthday to one of the NHL's best defenders, Charlie McAvoy!
Now 25, McAvoy is somehow still one of the league's most underrated defenseman, as his offense may not compare to others. However, his defensive number are close to the best in the NHL.
In honour of his birthday, below is a highlight video from some of his best recent moments:
Mac has appeared in 18 games with the Boston Bruins this season, recording two goals and 15 assists. He's currently on pace for 77 points in an 82-game season, which would crush his career-best 56 (2021-22).
