VIDEO: NFL player botches ceremonial puck drop at AHL game

In the AHL, the Hershey Bears hosted the Syracuse Crunch on Sunday, April 24th, for their final regular-season game of 2021-22.

Prior to the game, Hershey had NFL outsider linebacker, Micah Parsons, participate in the ceremonial puck drop. Parsons, the native of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, plays for the Dallas Cowboys and was the defensive rookie of the year for the 2021 NFL season.

Hershey invited Parsons to drop the puck, but they didn't give him the tutorial first. It's clear Micah Parsons is not an avid hockey fan.

Richard Eisen, a journalist for the NFL Network, shared the moment on his sports radio show, "The Rich Eisen Show." Watch the clip here to see the embarrassing moment:
