Former Boston Bruins goaltender Tuukka Rask was never one to shy away from the spotlight, and that was never more evident than in a charity game back in 2014.

On August 9th, 2014, during a charity hockey game in Tampere, Finland, the Bruins netminder entertained the crowd by strapping on the pads and stepping between the pipes. At the blue line sat a cannon with its barrel aimed at the net.

Sure enough, they fired that thing at Rask, and as you'd expect, he gloved that sucker down even though his glove then burst into flames. One of the game's attendees showed what it looked like from the stands.

Before Bruins fans start wondering why on earth their star goaltender would step in front of a cannon, and I think it's fairly safe to say this was a stunt with some pyrotechnics attached to Rask's glove.
