Which playoff team is most likely to miss playoffs this year season

In one offseason, several teams can get worse, while some get better.
The weaker teams most likely have more cap space, making for bigger free agent additions.
Usually when this happens, teams that barely make the playoffs the year before, have a very good chance of not making it the next season.
@allhockeyculture on Instagram did a poll to see which teams fans think are most likely to miss the playoffs after making them last year.
