Radko Gudas, the Florida Panthers defenseman, has been grappling with a persistent leg injury that dates back to Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final, possibly originating from an earlier incident in the playoffs.

Throughout the series, Gudas has been in and out of the Florida bench, even departing warm-ups prematurely prior to Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Final. Unfortunately, matters took a turn for the worse when Ivan Barbashev of the Vegas Golden Knights delivered a devastating hit to Gudas.
The video footage captures the force of the impact, causing Gudas' head to snap back, with Barbashev unintentionally landing on top of him in the aftermath.
Following the hit, Gudas appeared slow to recover and promptly made his way to the tunnel after regaining his footing.
As of now, Gudas has yet to return to the Florida bench, and it is highly likely that he will undergo concussion protocol evaluation to ensure his well-being.
