Vegas Golden Knights vs Florida Panthers Game 2 Takes a Turn For The Worst: Multiple Ejections Occur
The Vegas Golden Knights delivered a commanding performance, securing a decisive 7-2 victory over the Florida Panthers.
However, it was the game's physicality and penalties that stole the spotlight. Matthew Tkachuk, representing the Panthers, received his second 10-minute misconduct of the Stanley Cup Finals series and was subsequently ejected from the game.
His actions involved swinging his stick at a fake rat on the ice, slashing a Golden Knights player and causing more havoc which can be seen below.
Eric Staal of the Panthers also faced ejection for "abuse of an official," although no video has emerged thus far. Alongside the goal-scoring spectacle, the contest was marked by intense exchanges and player dismissals, creating a highly charged atmosphere.
