The Tampa Bay Lightning have five games in hand on the Boston Bruins, and are only three points behind the Bruins, whereas the Montreal Canadiens are starting to catch up as well.

Coming up the Bruins are going to have a big test as their next five games are set to be against the Edmonton Oilers, Tampa Bay Lightning, Florida Panthers, Tampa Bay Lightning, and then the Ottawa Senators, all teams that are currently sitting in a playoff spot.
To further this more, the Bruins nine of 11 games the rest of this month is against playoff teams so the Bruins are going to have a big test coming up, and this month could really make or break the season for them.
