Boston Bruins defenseman leaves the game after dirty blind side hit
A Boston Bruins defenseman has left the game in the first period after receiving a dirty blind side hit.
Parker Wotherspoon has reportedly gone down the Boston Bruins tunnel after he was on the receiving end of a cheap shot from New York Rangers forward Brennan Othmann.
Wotherspoon very slow to get up after taking a brutal cheap shot from Othmann. That hit was way late and blind side. Should be 5 and a game.
Wotherspoon was not paying attention after dumping the puck into the Rangers zone, and that's when Othmann blind sided him with a cheap shot, and forced Wotherspoon to exit the game.
Parker Wotherspoon has gone down the tunnel after taking a hit by Ranger's Brennan Othmann. Wotherspoon took a hit up high and stayed down on the ice for a while before skating off and right to the locker room.
