Boston Bruins Insider Calls Out The Organization For Mistreating Fan Favourite Matt Poitras
Multiple Boston Bruins insiders have called out the Bruins organization for how they have been treating fan favourite Matt Poitras.
Since being recalled to the Boston Bruins from the American Hockey League, Matt Poitras has looked good for the Boston Bruin, and it's become evident that sending him down to the AHL was good for his development.
But now, the Bruins have been kind of mistreating him during his second stint with the team this year, and during their game on Saturday, insiders were fed up of it and called out the Boston Bruins organization.
Matt Poitras is one of the Bruins better play makers, and smarter players with the puck, but for some reason during the third period Joe Sacco basically benched him, only giving him roughly one minute of ice time across two shifts.

Poitras also had ZERO powerplay time.
If you're going to call him up, play him.
The insiders are also furious with the fact that Poitras is not being given power play minutes, especially with how their power play has been this year.
During the overtime period, Poitras was dancing around with the puck, and made multiple great plays to his line mates for good scoring opportunities.
Poitras only had 10:32 of ice time during the game against the Ottawa Senators, and Bruins reporter Brett Howard stated that if the Bruins are only going to give him 10 minutes of ice time a night, they may as well just reassign him back to Providence and allow him to grow his game some more.
