Bruins honor Gaudreau brothers with touching 13-second moment of silence before first preseason game. 💛💛

Matthew Gaudreau 29, and Johnny Gaudreau 31, were both killed by a drunk driver on August 29th.

The Gaudreau brothers were biking back from their sisters wedding rehearsal, when a driver tried to over take multiple vehicles, and ended up hitting both Matthew and Johnny, killing them both.

Matthew, and Johnny's sister, Katie was supposed to be getting married the on August 30th, and both brothers were supposed to play an important role in her wedding.

The brothers were going to be ring carriers for Katie.

Obviously Katie had cancelled her wedding after finding out about the tragic news of her brothers, and whenever she does decide to finally have the wedding she is going to be reminded of the day her brothers were killed.

Katie did go and have the initials M and J engraved in her wedding ring so that both Matthew and Johnny are always with her.

May Johnny and Matthew Rest in Peace.
