Boston Bruins reveal Brad Marchand's fate ahead of game 4 vs Panthers
Ahead of game four in their Stanley Cup Playoffs series against the Florida Panthers, the Boston Bruins have updated fans on captain Brad Marchand's condition.
Marchand left game three early after an incident with the Panthers' Sam Bennett, suspected by many to involve a sucker punch. The Bruins initially described Marchand as day-to-day, with speculation pointing towards a possible concussion.
Boston Bruins head coach told reporters today that Brad Marchand will not play in game 4 against the Panthers. The Bruins have an uphill battle they are facing and will have to try and do it without their captain.
Per Montgomery, #NHLBruins Brad Marchand is out tonight.
They are going to need everyone to step up and play as a team. Bruins currently trail 2-1 in the series and take the Panthers on tonight at 6:30.
