Brad Marchand And David Pastrnak Break The Silence On Reported Locker Room Altercation
Both Brad Marchand and David Pastrnak spoke to the media and broke the silence following practice on the reported locker room tension between the two.
According to the Jones and Keefe podcast, Keefe reported that there was a locker room altercation between both David Pastrnak and Brad Marchand.
Keefe stated that David Pastrnak told the team he does not want to be on a line with Brad Marchand, and believed that it came from Brad Marchand calling him out for his play recently.

"The locker room is a disaster, and David Pastrnak is at the center of that. David Pastrnak has told the team he doesn't want to be on a line with Brad Marchand, and it may stem from Brad Marchand calling out Pastrnak for some of his play."
Following practice today both Brad Marchand and David Pastrnak broke the silence on the matter, and both of them shut it down with similar responses.
David Pastrnak stated to the media that he never said anything like that to the coaching staff or to management. He doubled down and stated that he loves to play with Marchand.
Here is what Pastrnak said following practice:
David Pastrnak: «I've never in my life said I don't want to play with this guy to the coaching staff or management and I never would. I love playing with Marchy. I've been playing with him for so long.» #Bruins
Brad Marchand had a similar answer to the media following practice as well. Marchand stated they are best friends and there is no tension between the too, and anything else reported is "not based on facts".

Brad Marchand on his relationship with David Pastrnak: «We're best friends.»
Adds that any insinuations otherwise are «not based in fact.»
Things have been terrible for the Bruins recently, and this could have been something to add to the pile if the two didn't clear the air, but the fact that they were both put into this situation because of a false report from the media is sad.
