Brad Marchand Takes A Shot At Sam Bennett During First Interview With The Florida Panthers

It's official, Brad Marchand is now a member of the Florida Panthers, and during his first media availability he took a shot at his new teammate in Sam Bennett.
Marchand teamed up with Sam Bennett at the 4 Nations tournament, and now he will be playing alongside him and Matthew Tkachuk, which arguably could be one of the nastiest lines ever as they make a push for a Stanley Cup.
The Boston Bruins opted to trade their captain in Brad Marchand during the 2025 NHL trade deadline, and he made his first appearance with the Panthers today.
After joining the team, Marchand will now be playing with one of his former biggest rivals, including new teammates Sam Bennett, and Matthew Tkachuk.
Marchand Takes A Shot At Sam Bennett
Brad Marchand stated at the 4 Nations that there are no hard feelings between him and Sam Bennett after what happened during game 3 of the playoffs last year, but Marchand could not resist taking a shot at his new teammate during his first media press conference.

Brad Marchand showed why he was a fan favourite in Boston during his first interview with the Florida Panthers as he showed off his personality, and humour. Adding Marchand to their already deep lineup makes them a serious contender to win the Stanley Cup again this year.
There is still no update on when Marchand will make his debut with the Panthers as he is currently dealing with an injury, but it will be highly anticipated.
