Brandon Carlo breaks the silence following life altering moment
Boston Bruins defenseman Brandon Carlo recently experienced a major life event, welcoming his first child, which led to his absence from practice.
Despite this, Carlo managed to participate in Game 1 against the Florida Panthers, where he scored a goal during the second period and dedicated the puck to his newborn.
After the game, Carlo expressed his gratitude, stating,
"So thankful, so proud of my wife...it was incredible, the support that [the Bruins] gave me and enabled me to get down here as fast as possible. Definitely wanted to play and I'm very happy I did. A great 24 hours and a lot of fun."
His quick return and performance underscored the support from the Bruins and highlighted a memorable day both personally and professionally.
