The Boston Bruins and Jeremy Swayman's situation has become untenable, as the team and players are taking shots at one another in public.

In doing so, it's set some fans, against Jeremy Swayman, as they feel he's asking too much, and he's too greedy.

Today, the Bruins Network added to the conflagration of ill will towards Swayman, as they felt that Swayman and Agent Lewis Gross were the problem.

Rather than taking into account that GM Don Sweeney, Cam Neely, and owner Jeremy Jacobs have begun a PR campaign against their top goalie.

Nevermind, the fact they haven't even held Sweeney to account, as they traded away their other top goalie Linus Ullmark.

This is obviously, another case of a media outlet that takes the status quo outlook and takes it as pure truth.

Along with this, it looks like it could be a standoff that lasts months, up until December 1st, according to Jimmy Murphy.

«I think this is going to December 1st,'' said Murphy. "I really think if we don't see something in the next two weeks, it's in for the long haul and the Bruins are going to be in some trouble.»

NHL Insider paints extremely gloomy Jeremy Swayman & Boston Bruins outlook

The stalemate needs to end, if fans and media outlets are to still view Swayman favorably, and the Bruins organization is shameless in their attempts to save money and face.

In 2023-2024 Swayman had a record of 25-10-8, 2.53 GAA, and a .916 save percentage.

His career totals are 132 games played for the Boston Bruins, 79-33-15, with a 2.34 GAA, and a.919 save percentage.
