The Boston Bruins had their practice canceled today, and an insider just revealed the exact reason why.

The Boston Bruins were scheduled to have a practice today following their blowout of a loss yesterday against the Carolina Hurricanes, but it was canceled and a insider just revealed why.

The Bruins are scheduled to play three games in the next four days in three different cities, and the Bruins felt that it would be better for them to rest their legs, and it would be more productive instead of holding a practice today.

Word is Bruins practice was banged because they're playing three games in four days in three different cities and it was felt rested legs would be more productive than a practice. Not a shock, though the alarm is understandable in these times

The Bruins are now on their second losing streak of the year, currently on a two game losing streak after losing to the Philadelphia Flyers, and then the Carolina Hurricanes.

They were on a three game losing streak, but ended up finally getting a win against the Toronto Maple Leafs when they beat them 4-3 in overtime.

The Bruins have a record of 4-6-1 as of right now, and are dead last in the Atlantic Division, and they are also ranked 25th in the league as of now.

The Boston Bruins look to get revenge against he Philadelphia Flyers tomorrow when they take them on in an afternoon matchup at 1 p.m. Eastern time.
