He has caught the attention of NHL scouts at the World Championships putting up an impressive five points in the preliminary rounds.

Kase's NHL career took a hit after facing some serious injuries including multiple concussions leading to him to go back to Czechia. With the way his season went this year he is hoping to get another chance in the NHL.

Former #NHLBruins forward Ondrej Kase is eyeing an NHL comeback. Kase played with HC Litvinov of the Czech Extraliga last season and totaled 23-31-54 in 48 games. He's 28 and has been healthy since concussion issues caused him to miss significant time and leave the NHL. Keep an eye out for an NHL return #GetBent

Kase is a fast and gritty type of player who could bring some value to an NHL team playing in a depth role, but concussion issues aren't a joke and the NHL is a different beast, one bad hit and his career may be over completely.
