Frederic Finally Releases A Statement After Taking A Stick To The Head
Boston Bruins forward Trent Frederic has spoken out after engaging in a fight with New York Rangers defenseman Jacob Trouba, seeking revenge for an earlier incident where Trouba delivered a high-stick to Frederic's head.
Frederic expressed his sentiment, stating,
"I can never hit him hard enough (with a high-stick) as he hit me, so I'd have to fight him 10 times to do that. That's what's nice about hockey; you can't do that in other sports so, yeah."
Frederic's remarks highlight the unique physicality of hockey and the recourse it provides for players to address grievances on the ice.
