Jim Montgomery has once again called out the Boston Bruins stating he isn't happy with where they are after back-to-back wins.

Boston Bruins head coach Jim Montgomery holds his players to some high standards, and he made that clear after stating he isn't happy with where the team is at even after back-to-back shutout wins against the Philadelphia Flyers and Seattle Kraken.

In those back-to-back shutout wins the Bruins had this past weekend, it was the first time they had done this since they last won the Stanley Cup in 2011.

Jim Montgomery stated that the Bruins still have too many lapses in their game right now and they need to keep building on it. He did state that they were playing better, but they are not where they need to be just yet.

Coach Montgomery on the #NHLBruins two-win weekend: "I'm not there yet. Just being honest, there's too many lapses in our game right now...we need to continue to build on it. We're better. But we're not where we need to be."

You can watch the whole clip below:

During the Boston Bruins 2-0 victory agains the Seattle Kraken, Jim Montgomery made a statement, and sent a message to all of his players after benching David Pastrnak for the entire third period.

The reason was not revealed by Montgomery, but he is holding all of his players accountable, and David Pastrnak has not been himself recently. Hopefully by Montgomery sending this message to him and his players, it gets them back into form.
