Boston Bruins head coach Jim Montgomery has officially hit the panic button and has made complete changes to his top-nine moments before game vs Predators.

The Boston Bruins have not been able to find offence from their whole top-nine, the only line that has been producing consistently for them has been the fourth line, which is the only line Montgomery won't touch.

Jim Montgomery revealed yesterday that he will not be making changes to the fourth line, instead Montgomery is going to give them more opportunities during games.

This is what Jim Montgomery had to say about the fourth line:

«I'm keeping the line together,» he said. «Maybe I just got to start playing them like 16 minutes a night instead of 12 like I have.»

This morning at practice the Boston Bruins Jim Montgomery made some big line changes. Brad Marchand has been promoted to the first-line now along with Lindholm, and Pastrank.

Max Jones now comes into the lineup for Justin Brazeau, and he will be playing on the second-line with Coyle, Trent Frederic who just got promoted to the second-line as well.

Pavel Zacha has been demoted now to the third line, and will play alongside Matthew Poitras, and Morgan Geekie, and the fourth-line has not been touched by Montgomery.

It also seems like Jeremy Swayman will be getting the starting nod in net for the Boston Bruins once again.
