During the second period of the Bruins-Panthers game 5, there was a play that took place that was controversial and Panthers fans are not happy with it.

Bruins Charlie McAvoy scored to give the Bruins a 2-1 lead, but Bobrovsky was clearly interfered with. The Panthers ended up challenging the goal, but ultimately it was ruled a good goal.

The NHL has recently issued a statement on why this decision was made:

Challenge Initiated By: Florida

Type of Challenge: Goaltender Interference

Result: Call on the ice is confirmed Goal Boston

Explanation: Video review confirmed no goaltender interference infractions occurred prior to Charlie McAvoy's goal.

Penalty: 2:00 minor penalty: Delay of Game Unsuccessful Challenge

Florida Panthers fans are clearly hurt by the call, take a look at their reactions to the call:

Panthers fans are clearly upset, and are calling it a "make up" call which could be true, but either way complaining about it won't change the call the NHL already made.
