Type of Challenge: Goaltender Interference
Result: Call on the ice is confirmed Goal Boston
Explanation: Video review confirmed no goaltender interference infractions occurred prior to Charlie McAvoy's goal.
Penalty: 2:00 minor penalty: Delay of Game Unsuccessful Challenge
Florida Panthers fans are clearly hurt by the call, take a look at their reactions to the call:
Panthers fans are clearly upset, and are calling it a "make up" call which could be true, but either way complaining about it won't change the call the NHL already made.
