Boston Bruins and Detroit Red Wings projected lines and pairings for their game tonight.

The Boston Bruins will be back on the road today as they are getting ready to face the Red Wings in the Motor City at Little Caesars Arena.

The only change the Bruins are making heading into this game is Tyler Johnson will sub back into the lineup after the Bruins sent Georgii Merkulov back to the AHL.

This is only Johnson's sixth game with the Bruins organization, and will be his first under new head coach Joe Sacco.

Sacco revealed that Tyler Johnson will play alongside Charlie Coyle and Trent Frederic on the third line.

«I'm just trying to get into a little bit of a groove, here,» Johnson said Saturday, per team-provided video. «It's going to be nice to play with Freddy and Coyle because the last time I played with them, we did pretty well. I'm excited to see if we can continue that.»

The Bruins revealed that Jeremy Swayman will in fact be the starting goaltender for the Bruins tonight, and Marc McLaughlin will be a healthy scractch after just being called up on Friday.
