Former Bruins Comes To The Aid Of Connor Bedard After Dirty Hit
During the first period of the St. Louis Blues' clash with the Chicago Blackhawks, a Blues player delivered a hit on rising star Connor Bedard. Bedard managed to shrug off the hit, but it didn't go unnoticed.
However, the Blackhawks' veterans, Nick Foligno and Corey Perry, were quick to respond. In the second period, when Martin Misiak found himself on the receiving end of a punishing hit, Perry and Foligno decided to take matters into their own hands, dropping the gloves to defend their teammate.
This incident underscores the strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie that prevails within the Blackhawks' roster.
