Florida Panthers forward Sam Bennett got away with another cheap shot during game two against the Edmonton Oilers.

Fans are calling the league out for favouriting the Florida Panthers after multiple controversial plays that happened during game two, and it involves Sam Bennett getting away with a cheap shot.

7 minutes into the first period Evan Bouchard was taking the puck out from behind his net when Sam Bennett went to deliver a hit, but instead he hit Bouchard knee-on-knee and only got a 2 minute penalty for tripping.

coach Kris Knoblauch said was the same play at the Foegele kneeing. (Sorry no sound)

Later in the game a similar play happened where Warren Foegele went for a hit on Panthers player Eetu Luostarinen, and would be given a 5 minute major and game misconduct.

This sparked outrage from fans as clearly the Panthers have been getting favourited since the beginning and people really started to notice when Bennett got away with a dirty cheap shot on Brad Marchand during the second-round.
