Bruins' legend turned broadcaster Phil Esposito has fans talking after an outrageous call during game two between the Maple Leafs and Lightning on Thursday night.

As Toronto dominated Tampa to even the series at one game apiece, things quickly got out of hand between the Atlantic Division rivals.

Channelling His Inner Jack Edwards

The highlight of all the fights and scrums, however, was an (almost) altercation between Lightning players in the penalty box and Leafs fans behind the glass. After Tanner Jeannot and Luke Schenn dropped the gloves halfway through the third period, one Toronto fan got a little too excited and apparently started to climb the glass into the penalty box.

Thats when Esposito - who calls games for Tampa Bay - dropped an all-time sound bite that Jack Edwards would be proud of. Check it out:

''You've got a fat woman who's yappin' like crazy! Or is that a guy with long hair? I can't tell!

Esposito, now 81, spent nine seasons in Boston, registering 459 goals and 553 assists in 625 games. In his career, the Hall of Famer appeared in 1,282 NHL games with the Blackhawks, Bruins and Rangers, compiling a total of 717 goals and 873 assists.

He has been a broadcaster since retiring in 1981 and has specifically covered the Lightning organization since 2000.
