Sheldon Keefe, the coach of the Toronto Maple Leafs, recently made some revealing comments about Brad Marchand, a player for the Boston Bruins.

Keefe criticized Marchand's playing style, stating,

«There's not another player in the series who gets away with taking out Bertuzzi's legs the way he does.»
He also acknowledged Marchand's knack for drawing penalties, calling it an
"art"
in which Marchand excels.

Swayman after Game 3 win: "I think for me personally, I don't want rest. I just want to keep playing. No matter when I get the call, whether it's back-to-back or every other game I want to make sure my body is ready and I'm ready to perform at my best.»

However, despite Keefe's remarks, the statistics tell a different story. In the recent game, the Maple Leafs had more power play opportunities, with 5 compared to the Bruins' 3. Surprisingly, the Bruins capitalized on 2 out of 3 power plays, while the Leafs failed to convert on any of their 5 chances.

Keefe's comments shed light on his perspective on Marchand's tactics, but the outcome of the game suggests that the Bruins were more effective on the power play, ultimately leading to their success.
