9 RFAs still remain unsigned

General managers around the NHL are still finishing up their rosters with PTOs and remaining restricted free agent contracts, as training camps get underway. Some teams have not completed their rosters, however, as there are still nine RFAs that are still without contract across the league.
According to Capfriendly, here are the nine RFAs still left without a deal in place:
Rasmus Sandin - Toronto Maple Leafs
Barrett Hayton - Arizona Coyotes
Ryan McLeod - Edmonton Oilers
Sean Durzi - Los Angeles Kings
Adam Ruzicka - Calgary Flames
Jason Robertson - Dallas Stars
Nicolas Hague - Vegas Golden Knights
Alex Formenton - Ottawa Senators
Parker Wotherspoon - New York Islanders
Of course, there could already be deals in place between negotiating parties, but money side deals to move money are yet to be completed. However, they has been at least one, in the case of Nic Hague and the Golden Knights, where the player in refusing to attend camp without a deal.
The last one to wait till he deadline was William Nylander of the Toronto Maple Leafs. The RFA agreed didn't sign his deal until the deadline on December 1st, 2018, and followed that with below season expectations, recording only 27 points in 54 games.
