The Boston Bruins skated away with a big win on Monday night to take the 1-0 series lead in the Stanley Cup Finals.
The St. Louis Blues got on the board first, however the Bruins eventually rallied together and registered a 4-1 win.
Winning the first game will likely to prove to be huge as the numbers are now in the Bruins' favour.
Since 1939 the team who has won Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Finals has gone on to win 77% of the time.
Of course nothing is guaranteed as 77% isn't 100%, however this is great news for the Bruins.
