AHL forward Clark Bishop of the Calgary Wranglers, has been handed his punishment for a vicious cross-check.
Bishop was kicked out of a game against the Colorado Eagles after he delivered two brutal cross-checks to the face of forward Charles Hudon.
The league has since announced that Bishop will sit for four games.
As you can see above, Bishop shoves his stick into Hudon's face, knocking him to the ice, and as Hudon gets up to his knees while taking a retaliatory swing, Bishop drills him with another nasty crosscheck to the mouth, causing his neck to snap backwards awkwardly.
