Patrice Bergeron and Brad Marchand continued to cement themselves as the greatest to dawn the Black and Gold on Saturday afternoon against the Rangers.
The duo has played side-by-side for many years now and their latest shared milestone was a big one.
Marchand's assist on Bergeron's 23rd goal of the season was the 406th time the duo combined for a goal, which tied them with legends Phil Esposito and Ken Hodge for the most in franchise history.
The goal would stand as the game winner as Boston came away with a big 4-2 win.
Bergeron (37) has registered 23 goals and 25 assists in 62 games, while Marchand (34) has 19 goals and 35 assists in 54 games.
