Blues goalie throws water bottle at Avs forward in post-game interview!
What a circus this story has become!
Everyone knows that St.Louis netminder Jordan Binnington has a very short fuse.
The goaltender has been known to snap at times; provoking his opponents, trying to engage in fights and going bonkers during scrums!
In the Blues game last night, Binnington was injured when his defenseman came crashing into his pads following a collision with Avalanche forward Nazem Kadri.
Because of his lower-body injury, the Blues tender wasn't able to get a hand on Kadri on the ice. But he did get his revenge post-game.
If Kadri's statement proves to be true (it has already been confirmed by some witnesses), then the NHL will definitely want to look into this incident.
Binnington might not have hit Kadri with the thrown water bottle, but if he had, the consequences could've been very harmful to both the forward's health and the goaltender's criminal record!
