The Boston Bruins might have one of the weirdest offseasons in franchise history coming up this summer, and it's filled with many 'ifs.''
Kevin Paul DuPont, a senior writer for the Boston Sports Globe, linked a top free-agent forward to the Boston Bruins. DuPont reported Colorado Avalanche forward Nazem Kadri as a potential option for the Bs. He reiterates that is only a possibility if current captain Patrice Bergeron plans to retire, and fans are hoping that's a big if.
Kadri had a career season with 28 goals and 59 assists for a total of 87 points. His career-best in goals is still 32 from 2018, but he beat his best of assists by 29 and points by 26.
