Brad Marchand has always been known to strike up chatter whenever he logs back into social media, more specifically, Twitter.
The Bruins veteran has been trending on Twitter quite often, as of late, but last night is one of his funniest. As he left a hilarious reply on a post by former goalie Martin Biron with the following caption:
''Copley got a 5min match penalty for throwing punches with the blocker. I get that if it's a sucker punch with the blocker but these love taps won't hurt anybody!!!''
Of course, Marchand had to comment on the topic, as he's had some experience when it comes to soft penalties against.
''I got 6 games for a love tap, he got off with murder if you wanna compare apples.''
I'm assuming Marchand is referencing his most recent suspension for the glove punch to the mask of goaltender Tristan Jarry.
