Lettieri, 28, signed a one-year, two-way contract on July 13th, 2022. In 41 games with the Providence Bruins, he recorded 16 goals and 21 assists. Lettieri was leading the club prior to sustaining an injury in his first practice after a call up to the NHL.
Not mentioned by Friedman was that the New York Rangers placed forward Jake Leschyshyn on waivers, as well.
