Bruins place veteran forward on waivers

The Boston Bruins have announced a surprising roster move Sunday afternoon!
CapFriendly revealed every player placed on waivers today, including a veteran forward for the Bruins.
Interesting move for general manager Don Sweeney and the Boston, as Craig Smith is now on waivers. Smith, 33, has one goal and three assists in 17 games for the Bruins this season.
The veteran still this season - and next - at $3.1 million AAV, and it will be surprising at least one team doesn't claim him.
