Every year at this point of the season, NHL fans are overloaded with rumors and theories about which big name is going where.

But this year's Trade Deadline has been one of the craziest regarding all those 'rumors''.

One of which includes Boston, who are in the market for a left handed defenseman. The Bruins called the Coyotes about Jakob Chychrun but were asking for either Jeremy Swayman or Jake Debrusk in return.

However, according to Jimmy Murphy of Boston Hockey Now, general manager Don Sweeney has quickly shot down any team with that idea.

''The Bruins gave an emphatic no to DeBrusk and Swayman being involved in any trade not just for Chychrun but with any NHL team.''

DeBrusk was enjoying a career-best pace prior to his injury. Including two goals in two games since his return, the 26-year-old is up to 18 goals and 15 assists in 38 games this season.

Swayman, 24, struggled in the early going but has found his form once again. He's improved to a 13-4-4 record, a 2.21 GAA and a .918 SV%.

Yes, Boston is in win now mode, but thankfully, these two young stars aren't going anywhere. Both should be a huge part of the Bruins future.
