Although the Boston Bruins sit first in the NHL with a 38-7-5 record, the club has given several AHL forwards a chance to make impressions.
Most recently, it was Joona Koppanen and Marc McLaughlin, but they have both been sent back down for two others. Mark Allred of Black & Gold Productions broke the news recently:
The #NHLBruinshave recalled forwards Jakub Lauko and Vinni Lettieri from the Providence Bruins.
Lettieri a 27YO veteran leads Providence with 16-21-37 in 41GP.
Vinni has 5-6-11 in his last 10GP.
Lauko has 8-6-14 numbers in 29GP.
Jakub has 5-5-10 in his last 12GP. Lauko has been called up on multiple occasions this season, as the 22 year old has 1 goal and 1 assist this season.
Lettieri last appeared in an NHL game on April 29th, 2022, with the Anaheim Ducks. In 82 career games, he has recorded 7 goals and 11 assists.
