Bruins rookie gives amazing interview before first career game

The 22-year-old was all smiles ahead of his debut against the New Jersey Devils tonight.
Marc McLaughlin was told this morning that he was being inserted in the lineup and he hasn't stopped smiling since.The Bruins rookie signed his first pro contract just two weeks ago and will now get to share the same lockerroom with some of the guys he still looks up to.
A local kid, it'll be a special night for McLaughlin, who expects close to 50 of his people in the stands tonight. The forward is a North Billerica, MA native and grew up watching the B's. He also spent the past four seasons at Boston College, serving as team captain for the past two and finishing his senior campaign with career highs across the board.
McLaughlin's leadership certainly was on full display in his first interview, as the young man took time right off the bat to thank everyone who helped make his hockey dream come true.
